Terms of Service

⚠️ PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY

1. Pricing and Additional Services

1.1 Standard Rate: €7.50 per kg (minimum charge: €10)

1.2 Volume-Based Charges: For large or bulky items (e.g. TVs, bicycles, car bumpers), volume weight will apply.
Formula: Length x Width x Height ÷ 6000
Example: 200cm x 80cm x 40cm ÷ 6000 = 106 kg

1.3 Rounding Policy: We round up weights to the nearest whole kg. Example: 1.1kg = 1.5kg, 3.8kg = 4kg

1.4 Additional Handling Services (starting at €5): Repacking, merging or separating packages, taking photos of packages

2. How to Send Your Package

2.1 Option 1: Drop-Off

2.1.1 You may bring the package yourself
2.1.2 Ensure your package is well-sealed, with no open areas
2.1.3 Weigh and measure your package beforehand

3. Online Shopping & Package Forwarding

3.1 You may order products online and use our address as the delivery destination

3.2 Fill out a Proforma Invoice and send it to: customer@ap-bln.de

3.3 We can place orders on your behalf for a small service fee

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly not allowed:

4.1 Firearms and weapons
4.2 Gasoline, lighters, or flammable items
4.3 Acids or hazardous chemicals
4.4 Drugs, narcotics, or explosive materials
4.5 All types of batteries, perfumes, and spray products

⚠️ Important: All packages are scanned by X-ray at the airport. Any prohibited items found may result in fines up to €60 and possible legal consequences.

5. Shipping Schedule

Shipments are sent every 2–3 weeks, depending on cargo volume.

6. Delivery Timeline to Ulaanbaatar

After submission of customs documents, delivery to Ulaanbaatar usually takes 3–4 business days.

7. Payment Information

7.1 For orders over €40, payment must be made via bank transfer to our company account in Germany

7.2 Please include your shipment ID number in the transfer details
